seso sole is a non-invasive, mechanically acting sensomotoric insole for functional support in cases of mild to moderate musculoskeletal complaints. The insole features seven numbered functional zones into which modular TPE spots can be integrated.

The following overview serves as an application aid for selecting functional zones for typical functional complaints in the area of the foot and lower extremity. Placement is indication-related into the numbered zones 1–7 on the sole of the foot.

How is seso sole used?
- Cut out the required spots with scissors along the contour.
- Pay attention to the color assignment: red spots for the right sole, green spots for the left sole.
- Insert the selected spots into the designated functional zones. Use the illustration on the hygiene seal for this purpose.
- The flat side of the spot points downwards towards the opening.
- Place seso sole into the shoe so that the spot openings face the shoe sole and the closed side faces your foot.
- Start with a wearing time of 1–2 hours daily and gradually increase it according to individual tolerance.
What is seso sole intended for?
seso sole serves as functional support for musculoskeletal complaints in the area of the foot and lower extremity through mechanical stimulation of plantar zones.
The product is not intended for therapy, healing, or structural correction.
When should seso sole not be used?
seso sole must not be used in cases of:
- Diabetic feet
- Open wounds
- Shoes with orthopedic insoles
- Severe circulatory disorders
- Existing sensory disturbance or polyneuropathy
How is seso sole cared for?
- Before washing, the spots must be removed from the sole.
- Hand wash or gentle cycle at 30 °C.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Air dry.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Store dry at room temperature.
What about returns and hygiene?
- The product is provided with a hygiene seal between the soles.
- A return or cancellation is only possible as long as the hygiene seal is intact.
- After opening or removing the hygiene seal, returns are excluded for hygienic reasons.
- Statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected.
What safety instructions must be observed?
- Discontinue use if pain or persistent discomfort occurs.
- Use the product only according to these instructions for use.
- Not suitable for children under 3 years, as small parts may be swallowed.
- Do not wear while sleeping.
