senso socks are orthopedic functional socks with modular TPE spots. They provide functional support for mild to moderate musculoskeletal complaints in the foot and lower extremity.

Placement of TPE Spots

The following overview serves as an application aid for selecting functional zones for typical functional complaints in the foot and lower extremity.

How are senso socks used?
  1. Cut out the required spots with scissors along the contour.
  2. Pay attention to the color assignment: red spots for the right sock, green spots for the left sock.
  3. Insert the selected spots into the designated functional zones.
  4. The flat side of the spot faces downwards towards the opening.
  5. Put on senso socks like a normal sock. The sole faces downwards and should cover the entire sole of the foot.
  6. Start with a wearing time of 1–2 hours daily and gradually increase it according to individual tolerance.
When should senso socks not be used?

senso socks should not be used in cases of:

  • Diabetic feet
  • Open wounds
  • Shoes with orthopedic insoles
  • Severe circulatory disorders
  • Existing sensory disturbances or polyneuropathy
How are senso socks cared for?
  • Before washing, the spots must be removed from the sock.
  • Hand wash or gentle cycle at 30 °C.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Air dry.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Store dry and at room temperature.
What applies to returns and hygiene?
  • The product is provided with a hygiene seal between the socks.
  • A return or cancellation is only possible as long as the hygiene seal is intact.
  • After opening or removing the hygiene seal, returns are excluded for hygiene reasons.
  • Statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected.
What safety instructions must be observed?
  • Discontinue use if pain or persistent discomfort occurs.
  • Use the product only according to the instructions for use.
  • Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, as small parts may be swallowed.
  • Do not wear while sleeping.
